Hosting a private iftar at home is one of the most cherished traditions in Dubai. As the family gathers to break the fast at Maghrib, the gathering naturally extends well past midnight. Chef Savin respects this sacred rhythm, seamlessly aligning his service with your evening.
The Maghrib opening
The dining experience begins with dates, water, and occasionally a delicate clear soup at Maghrib, with Chef Savin meticulously planning his schedule around this precise moment. Acknowledging that nothing compares to that first sip of water after the fast, the initial French course is introduced quietly ten or twenty minutes later, once guests have comfortably settled.
A refined French menu, paced for the evening
Following the fast, the palate craves flavours that are rich yet delicate, a balance beautifully embodied by the cuisine of the South of France. Chef Savin incorporates coastal fish, peak-season vegetables, tender lamb and poultry, balanced with premium olive oil, bright citrus, and fresh herbs. The resulting cuisine is wonderfully light yet deeply satisfying, complementing the Ramadan table perfectly.
Vegetarian preferences, gluten-free requirements, and allergies are thoughtfully integrated into the menu from your very first consultation, never treated as an afterthought.
